三、申請條件
1．非中國籍公民，身體健康；申請者須具有學士學位，年齡不超過 35周歲；
2．漢語水平要求：申請者獲得HSK4級、HSK5級或HSK6 級成績報告。
四、申請流程
1．申請人在規定時間内向bat365中文官方网站提交申請材料，bat365中文官方网站将向通過初審的申請人發放預錄取材料。
2．登錄 “中國政府獎學金來華留學管理信息系統”（登錄https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/後，點擊“學生注冊”圖标進入）填寫申請信息，在線提交并上傳完整版申請資料原件掃描件，在線提交并打印《中國政府獎學金申請表》。留學項目種類選擇“B類”，受理機構編号為：10166（必填）。
申請人開始獎學金申請前，請仔細閱讀以下操作流程。
第1步：訪問“留學中國”網站，點擊“中國政府獎學金來華留學管理信息系統”圖标進入申請系統。“留學中國”網站鍊接：http://www.campuschina.org
點擊【學生注冊】按鈕，注冊賬戶。注冊成功後，使用注冊的賬戶登錄系統。
第2步：錄入申請人“個人資料”。點擊【編輯個人資料】開始錄入個人資料，逐項完成個人資料的錄入，并驗證保存。完成個人資料錄入後，點擊【完成】返回上一界面，開始錄入個人申請信息。申請人須在完成個人資料錄入後，方可開始填寫申請信息。
第3步：選擇正确的“留學項目種類”。
請選擇“B類”留學項目種類，點擊【新增申請】按鈕，開始錄入申請信息。
第4步：填寫正确的 “受理機構編号”。
您的受理機構編号為：10166
“留學項目種類”和“受理機構編号”兩者彼此關聯，均為“中國政府獎學金來華留學管理信息系統”中的必填内容。
申請人填寫後，系統會自動顯示所填寫的代碼代表的受理部門的名稱。留學項目種類和受理機構編号存在對應關系，如果填寫錯誤，bat365中文官方网站将無法收到在線申請信息。
第5步：填寫“申請信息”。
完成上述操作後，錄入“語言能力及學習計劃”并上傳“補充材料”，直至點擊【提交】完成申請。提交申請前請仔細檢查各項信息及補充材料，請确保信息及材料的正确性、真實性。
第6步：申請一經提交，申請人将無法修改“個人資料”及“申請信息”。申請被受理前，申請人可通過點擊【撤銷】撤回已提交申請，并進行修改。申請被撤回後，申請人須在編輯後再次提交，否則該申請将無法被受理。申請被受理後，申請人将無法撤回該申請。
第7步：點擊“打印申請”下載申請表。
第8步：提交獎學金申請。
bat365中文官方网站不會委托任何個人或中介代為受理中國政府獎學金申請，申請人需通過國家留學基金管理委員會官方網站獲取有關信息，http://www.campuschina.org/。
注意：
l 建議使用火狐或IE 11 浏覽器，如果使用IE 浏覽器，請去掉浏覽器的“兼容性視圖模式”後使用。
l 申請人須使用中文或英文完成全部申請信息的填寫。
五、申請材料
1．《中國政府獎學金申請表》（中文或英文填寫）；
2．護照首頁。如現持有護照有效期不符合要求（護照有效期應晚于2024年9月），請及時換發新護照；
3．經過公證的最高學曆證明。如申請人為在校學生，須另外提交本人就讀學校出具的預計畢業證明或在學證明。中英文以外文本須附經公證的中文或英文的翻譯件；
4．學習成績單（自本科階段起）。成績單應由就讀學校教務處或有關學生管理部門開具并蓋章。中英文以外文本須附經公證的中文或英文的翻譯件；
5．預錄取材料(由bat365中文官方网站向通過初審核的申請者發放)；
6．來華學習和研究計劃。用中文書寫（不少于 1500 字），内容包含對中國、學校、專業的認識以及未來專業規劃，需要體現一定的專業水平和學術素養；
7．推薦信。兩名教授或副教授的推薦信，用中文或英文書寫，推薦人簽字并附聯系電話及郵箱；内容應重點包含對申請人來華學習目标要求，以及對其綜合能力、未來發展的評價；
8．《外國人體格檢查表》。此表格由中國衛生檢疫部門統一印制，須英文填寫。申請人應嚴格按照《外國人體格檢查表》中要求的項目進行檢查。缺項、未貼本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫師和醫院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查表》無效。檢查結果有效期為6個月；
9．HSK4級、HSK5級或HSK6 級成績報告（HSK成績報告有效期為兩年）；
10．無犯罪記錄證明。申請人須提交由所在地公安機關出具的有效期内的無犯罪記錄證明，通常應為提交申請之日前6個月以内的證明文件；
11．1頁護照空白頁；
12．電子版 2 寸證件照片。
六、審核錄取
1．請申請者于2024年2月29日前将申請材料發送至synugj04@163.com，務必将信息填寫完整與準确，bat365中文官方网站将會給通過審核的申請者發放預錄取材料。我校負責審核申請材料，并采取筆試或面試等方式對申請人進行考核，擇優推薦人選至國家留學基金委。
2．被我校預錄取的申請人，經留學基金委專家評審通過，即可獲得中國政府獎學金資助來華學習。
3．中國政府獎學金生不得同時享受中國各級政府和錄取院校設立的其他獎學金（不含各類一次性獎勵金）的資助，一經發現，其中國政府獎學金資格将予以取消，并須退還已領取的中國政府獎學金。對于刻意隐瞞資助情況的，除取消資格外，三年内不允許申請中國政府獎學金。
4．已在中國政府獎學金來華留學管理信息系統申報其他高校的申請人，請勿重複申請bat365中文官方网站。
5．獎學金獲得者一經錄取，不得變更學習專業、學習期限和授課語言。
6．獎學金生入校後須參加年度評審，以評審結果确認下一學年是否資助、中止或取消獎學金資格。

Application Guide for Chinese Government Scholarship for “High Level Postgraduate Program” of Shenyang Normal University in 2024
I Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language
1. Supporting Category: This scholarship is only for candidates pursing Master’s degree.

II Scholarship Coverage
This program provides a full scholarship which covers tuition, accommodation, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance within normal schooling.
III Eligibility
1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health; being a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35;
2. The applicants should have the valid HSK4, HSK5 or HSK 6 certificate.
IV Application Procedure
1. Applicants should submit application materials to the College of International Education (CIE) of Shenyang Normal Universitywithin the specified time; CIE will issue the pre-admission materials to those who pass the preliminary review.
2. Complete the online application procedure at CGS System at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/. Click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” to log in, fill in the application information and upload the original scanned copy of the corresponding supporting materials and submit them online; submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hardcopy. The Program Category is “Type B”, Agency Number is 10166（Required）
Please carefully read the instructions below before applying for the scholarship.
Step 1: Visit “CSC Study in China” website and click “Scholarship Application for Students” at http://www.campuschina.org
Register an account through [CREATE AN ACCOUNT] and log in with your account.
Step 2: Input Personal Details. Click “Edit Personal Details” and finish inputting personal details by filling in all the information, verifying and saving the information. After the completion of this section, return to the previous page by clicking “Finish” and start filling in your application information.
Step 3: Select the correct “Program Category”.
Please select Program Category “Type B”, click “New Application”, and start filling in the application information.
Step 4: Input the correct “Agency Number”
Your Agency Number is 10166
Program Category and Agency Number are directly matched; both are mandatory for online application. After inputting the agency number, the university’s name “Shenyang Normal University” will automatically show on the page. As Program Category and Agency Number are directly matched, Shenyang Normal University will not receive your online application if the program category or agency number is not correct.
Step 5: Input Application Information
Next, please move on to the section of “Language Proficiency and Study Plan” and upload “Supporting Documents” as requested, then click “Submit” to complete the application. Check each part of your application carefully before submission. Please make sure that all the information and uploaded documents are valid and accurate.
Step 6: Once submitted, amendments cannot be made on “Personal Details” and “Application Information”. Before the application is processed by the processing authorities, applicants can revoke the submitted application by clicking “Withdraw” and edit the application. After revoking the application, applicants must submit it again after re-editing, or the application will not be processed. Once the application is processed, the application cannot be revoked.
Step 7: Click “Print the Application Form” and download the form.
Step 8: Submit scholarship application.
Shenyang Normal University does not entrust any individual or intermediary agent to process Chinese Government Scholarship applications. All applicants should access relevant information on the official website at http://www.campuschina.org/ of the China Scholarship Council.

l Please use Firefox or Internet Explorer (11.0). For applicants using Internet Explorer, please close the “compatible view mode” function ahead of editing.
l Please fill in all application information in Chinese or English.
V Application Documents
1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship（written in Chinese/English）;
2. Copy of Passport Home Page. If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2024), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;
3. Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. Academic transcripts（from the undergraduate program onwards）;
Transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affair office or students’ management department. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
5. Pre-admission materials (Issued by Shenyang Normal University to applicants who pass the preliminary review);
6. A Study Plan and Research Proposal;
A study plan and research proposal written in Chinese shall contain no less than 1500 words. It contains the understanding of China, the university, the major and the future professional plan, and needs to show a certain professional level and academic quality;
7. Two Recommendation Letters（written in Chinese or English）;
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor with the telephone number and Email. These letters shall describe the applicant’s objectives of learning in China, and evaluate comprehensive abilities and future growth;
8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form;
The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months;
9. The valid HSK 4, HSK 5 or HSK 6 certificate（HSK results are valid for only 2 years）;
10. Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application;
11. One blank page of passport;
12. Digital 2-inch photo.
VI Scholarship Confirmation
1.Please send the application materials to synugj04@163.com before February 29, 2024, and be sure to fill in the information completely and accurately. Shenyang Normal University will issue pre-admission materials to approved applicants. SNU examines the application documents and conducts written examination or interview, recommends the excellent candidates to China scholarship Council
2.The pre-admitted applicants can receive the scholarship to study in China after passing the assessment of CSC experts;
3. CSC scholarship recipients shall not be subsidized by other scholarships (excluding all kinds of one-time awards) established by the Chinese governments at all levels and the admission institutions at the same time. Once found, their Chinese government scholarship qualifications will be cancelled and the Chinese government scholarships they have received must be returned. Applicants who deliberately conceal their financial support are not be allowed to apply for Chinese government scholarships for three years, in addition to being disqualified.
4.For applicants who have already applied to other universities in the Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System for Studying abroad in China, please do not apply to Shenyang Normal University again.
5.Once the scholarship recipient is admitted, he/she shall not change the major of study, the period of study and the language of instruction.
6.Scholarship students are required to attend an annual assessment to determine whether the scholarship will be funded, suspended or cancelled for the next academic year.
